This ground-breaking jumbo grill was developed in association with chef Peter Gordon, product designer Kate Slavin, and metallurgist Peter McKelvey. It is made in Australia* from 100% pure recycled iron.
The result is nothing short of spectacular.
The trademarked design features a special lip at the grill peak that creates a larger cooking surface for better heat distribution while still allowing juices to run beautifully.
Additionally, it produces flawless sear lines that will wow dinner guests.
The Grande Legacy Pan is designed to be paired with the Grande Legacy Grill and can be purchased together as a bundle . Either way up, they lock together to form a lid and a base. They can also be used separately to create two different cooking surfaces, depending on your style
Iroonclad ensures that you won't have any of the chemicals, dyes, or enamels that are included in a lot of cast iron cookware that is mass made. Gross.
