Land & Sea offers fast & direct shipping New Zealand wide directly from our centralised distribution centre based in central Auckland.

We also offer a 60-Minute Click & Collect service from our Concept Store located at 36 Pollen Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland. Simply follow the cart process and then select "Pick Up" at the end as your shipping method. One of our friendly team will confirm via email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

We choose to partner with New Zealand’s most trusted courier network, NZ Post for all our standard postage needs. NZ Post has provided New Zealanders all over the country with fast & seamless postage for over 35 years.

All orders dispatched from Land & Sea are tracked and traced from the moment they are picked up from our distribution centre to the time they arrive at your door. 

For all other orders, we offer the following simple freight matrix:

  • Standard Freight New Zealand Wide – FREE
  • Oversized Freight - $9.99
  • Extra Oversized Freight - $49.99
  • Dangerous Goods & Overseas Freight – Please Enquire 

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive all track & trace information via email once your order has been entered into the courier network. 

The time frames below provide you with general guidelines for standard freight*

  •    Urban North Island destination: Expect to receive within 1-3 working days.
  •    Urban South Island destination: Expect to receive within 2-4 working days.
  •    Rural Delivery destinations: Expect to receive within 3-5 working days.

The time frames below provide you with general guidelines for oversized freight*

  •    Urban North Island destination: Expect to receive within 1-4 working days.
  •    Urban South Island destination: Expect to receive within 2-5 working days.
  •    Rural Delivery destinations: Expect to receive within 3-6 working days.

*Land & Sea endeavours to ship ALL in-stock orders within 24 hours of your order email confirmation. Products that have an availability description of "Available, ships within 2 to 5 working days" are located in an off-site warehouse and need to be ordered into our warehouse before we pack and despatch - please expect the time frame prescribed above before receiving your tracking and dispatch notification. Land & Sea endeavours to ship the entire order at the same time, however, we retain the right to split deliveries where necessary. Please contact us to advise if specific products on your order need to be prioritised and we will accommodate where possible.

To assist in providing the sharpest freight rates, all orders requesting delivery will be sent via courier with 'authority to leave'. If you require your parcel to be signed for, please specify this in the delivery instructions field when placing your order. Land & Sea takes no responsibility for products whereby the courier can provide 'proof of delivery' for orders that have been 'delivered but not received'.

All orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will ship the next standard working day. Any orders which require customization such as spooling may take extra time due to the time required to carry out the additional service. Any major delays will be communicated directly with the customer. 

Land & Sea aim to provide the highest possible service when purchasing products online. From time to time we will encounter freight challenges outside of our control. Our team will always do their best to communicate these challenges and any delays which occur. We aim to ship all products direct as soon as possible.

Land & Sea reserves the right to contact customers after purchase to request an alternative delivery location or substitute products to ensure delivery can be made. If no compromise can be found, Land & Sea will process a refund.
