All returns and exchanges must adhere to the guidelines below.
All you need to do is fill out the below form & return the product/s to us in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund the item/s within 1 business day. If you need to exchange the item for another size we’ll refund your original purchase, allowing you to purchase the replacement product!

Our extensive product selection comes from various warehouses across New Zealand, and our website operates round the clock, every day of the year. As our business has expanded, we have encountered customer dissatisfaction when offering exchanges. By the time we receive the returned item, the desired size or product may have already been sold. To streamline the process and ensure a prompt resolution, we have implemented a system where we issue refunds within hours of receiving the return at our warehouse.
Upon processing the refund, you will receive an email notification, allowing you to promptly visit our website and purchase the correct size or item. This approach provides you with a comprehensive order history and tracking information.
We recommend that if an item doesn't fit and you require a different size or product, you should make an immediate purchase. Following that, kindly reach out to our customer services team, who will promptly provide you with a "Returns Courier Ticket." This ensures a smooth and efficient return process.
Once your return has been assessed & approved, you will be refunded for the value of the goods purchased. Land & Sea will not refund the freight value (if any). Land & Sea reserves the right to charge freight when processing exchanges - this will be clearly communicated to the customer before any payment is taken.
Please note: Full priced items can be refunded. We will do our very best to refund sale items (namely 'price drop' and 'clearance' items) however Land & Sea reserves the right to not refund any & all sale or end of line purchases.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The item/s and its packaging must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. So when returning anything packaged please pack the item inside a satchel or another box and do not attach anything to the packaging of the original product as your return might not be accepted.
Underwear: Land & Sea NZ will not accept any returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons unless the packaging is completely unopened.
Land & Sea NZ regrets that once an order containing personalised items has been validated it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Land & Sea NZ reserves the right to reject the return of any product that was purchased at a discounted price, was purchased whilst on clearance or outlet, was purchased as part of a 'Gift With Purchase' opportunity, or was returned without a completed Land & Sea Returns Form within the returns period.
HOW TO SEND YOUR ORDER BACK
Simply return your purchase to our Auckland store in-person or via courier (address below). We will inspect the goods to ensure they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that you must send your return via a courier service otherwise it will not reach us! We recommend sending it back via a tracked service so you can keep track of the parcel.
FAULTY ITEM RETURN
All repairs will be carried out by the supplier and not by Land & Sea NZ. Some items might not be repairable and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement are at the manufacturer’s discretion and out of Land & Sea’s control. We will do our best to ensure we get a quick repair, replacement or refund for you and we will keep you completely informed during the process.
Return the item to our postal address above with a copy of the invoice and we’ll contact you ASAP and start the process.
