The Patagonia Men's Nano Puff Jacket is a lightweight, weather-resistant insulated layer built for everyday outdoor use, travel, tramping and cool mountain conditions. Originally developed for climbers needing reliable warmth in a highly packable format, it remains one of Patagonia’s most versatile midlayers and outer layers.
Its 60 g PrimaLoft Gold Insulation Eco is made from 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E. technology and is designed to deliver strong warmth for its weight while continuing to insulate when wet. The shell and lining are both made from 100% recycled polyester ripstop, each finished with a durable water repellent treatment made without intentionally added PFAS to help shed light moisture.
Horizontal quilting through the side panels and a brick quilting pattern across the body help stabilise the insulation, improve durability and keep the jacket low-bulk for easier layering under shells. A centre-front zip with a wicking interior storm flap, zipped hand pockets, an internal chest pocket that doubles as a stuffsack and a drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem make it a practical option across a wide range of conditions.
Fabrics are certified as bluesign approved and the jacket is made in a Fair Trade Certified factory.
