Used separately, you have two unique cooking surfaces. Together they lock to create a lid and base, either way up. Inside this sealed oven, the grill pattern works to keep moisture circulating. This means juicy goodness.

Iroonclad ensures that you won't have any of the chemicals, dyes, or enamels that are included in a lot of cast iron cookware that is mass made. Gross.
