Easys keeps the ingredient list short. The flavour comes from freeze-dried fruit and natural flavours, and the sweetness from erythritol and stevia rather than sugar, so every Easys is vegan, gluten free and low in sugar and calories. Made up with water only, a Mojito or Margarita has about 5 calories and around 0.1g of sugar per 250ml serve, and a Pina Colada about 9 calories and under 1g of sugar.
