The HOKA Speedgoat 7 Wide is a trail running shoe built for technical terrain, combining a grippy platform with a more responsive ride while retaining the trusted fit and traction of the Speedgoat line. Its wide-fit configuration gives runners who need extra room a performance-focused option for mixed and demanding trail surfaces.
A new super-critically foamed EVA midsole increases energy return, while Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug and updated lug orientation support traction across mixed terrain. The 5 mm lugs work with a low-profile, firmer cushion bed designed for efficient push-off and a stable, grounded feel.
The upper uses lightweight RPET woven textile with a stretchy, patent-pending dynamic vamp, a lay-flat tongue with dual gusset and a refined heel collar. Gaiter integration, a heel pull tab and reflective details round out the trail-focused update.
