Product Description
Add space, privacy and weather cover to your shelter
The Zempire RoadieBase Deluxe Wall is a zip-on canvas side panel that turns an open side of your RoadieBase Air Shelter into a sheltered, more private living space. It attaches along the larger sides of the shelter and can be left closed, partly opened or rolled up as an open doorway, depending on the weather and how much airflow you want.
Windows with PVC, mesh and block-out options let you adjust light and ventilation from inside, and the canvas is Zempire's most durable. Add more than one wall and you can fully enclose the shelter for a comfortable spot to cook, eat or catch up with friends. It's available in a small and a large size.
Wall Design
- Zips onto the larger sides of the RoadieBase Air Shelter and removes just as easily, forming a strong, weather-resistant join.
- Roll the wall up and secure it with toggles to create an open doorway for easy access.
- Add several walls to enclose the shelter completely.
Windows
- Three-way windows controlled from inside: close them for privacy, partly open them for extra daylight, or open them fully with mesh for maximum airflow.
- Bug-proof mesh keeps biting insects out while letting air through.
- Clear PVC panels let light in when the weather turns.
- Zip-around internal window covers, including waterproof panels, help block wind and wet weather without you needing to step outside.
Fabric and Zips
- Heavy duty 220gsm polycotton canvas.
- Fire retardant treatment helps slow the spread of a flame across the fabric. It does not make the wall fireproof, so keep open flames and stoves well away.
- UV treatment helps protect the canvas and extend its life.
- Two-way zipper heads let you open the zips from either end.
Carry Bag
- Durable canvas carry bag for transport and storage.
- Gusseted section with compression straps expands to make repacking easier.

- Never pack the wall away wet. If you have to pack it up damp, dry it completely as soon as you can to prevent mildew.
- If mildew appears, wash it off with warm water and a soft brush. Don't use soap or detergents.
- Never use an open flame inside the shelter. The fabric has a fire retardant treatment but is in no way fireproof.
- Store it out of direct sunlight and away from chemicals and moisture.
