Hot summer afternoons can turn a tent into an oven. The Zempire Pro III V2 Heat Shield Cover is a second roof layer with a reflective silver coating that bounces sunlight and heat away, helping keep the inside cooler and darker while shielding the tent from UV, pollen and tree sap.

Made to suit the Pro III V2, it attaches with simple hooks and adjustable straps, and the webbing can be tightened to stop flapping in the breeze. It packs into its own carry bag at 2.92kg.

Heat Shield Silver Coating

A silver coating on the cover reflects light and heat, keeping the inside of your tent cooler on hot days.
By reflecting sunlight, the extra layer can reduce the internal temperature by up to 6°C on a hot summer day.

Extra Protection for the Tent

A second roof layer helps protect your tent from UV degradation, pollen, tree sap and other debris.
The fabric has a UPF 50+ rating and a 2,000mm waterhead.

Darker, Calmer Interior

The added layer darkens the inside of the tent.
That can make it easier to rest during bright daytime hours.

Care

Never pack the cover away wet. If you must, dry it completely as soon as possible to prevent mildew.
If mildew forms, wash it off with warm water and a soft towel or brush to prevent further growth. Do not use soap or detergents.
Remove the cover in very windy conditions to prevent damage.
You can remove the cover from your tent before packing the tent away.
Do not use an open flame inside your tent. Although the fabric is treated with a fire retardant, it is not fireproof.
Store out of direct sunlight, away from chemicals and moisture.
