By accessing or using Land & Sea NZ website or services (collectively the "Website") you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’ and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered customer of Land & Sea NZ. Land & Sea NZ may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Website. You agree to review these Terms of Use regularly to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Website shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. PRODUCT ORDERS
All orders placed through the Website are subject to Land & Sea NZ acceptance. This means that Land & Sea NZ may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Land & Sea NZ will issue you a refund.
We will not supply and cancel any unsolicited commercial drop-shipping or on-selling type orders received.

PRE-SALE PRODUCT ORDERS
A pre-order (or pre-sale) does require you to pay in advance of the items being delivered to you at the time of you placing the order(sale).
You can cancel your order at any time. Contact us using your web order number in the subject line of the email.
Allow enough time for shipments to arrive to you. The timeline varies depending on the item and its delivery time to us from the supplier/manufacture. We do highlight on the product page when delivery is planned for but in some instances there could be variances in the for seen timeline.
If you place pre-order items in the same order with other products on our site, all the non-pre-order items will be shipped and the pre-order item(s) will ship separately.
Remember: you are ordering items that are not in stock and items that need to be ordered in. This means there is a potential manufacturing delays which may delay your shipment.

WARRANTY CLAIMS AND REPLACEMENTS
Land & Sea NZ is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Land & Sea NZ regrets that once an order containing personalised items has been validated it cannot be changed or cancelled. 
All personalised items cannot be returned unless deemed to have a genuine fault of manufacture.

DISCOUNTS, PROMO CODE OFFERS AND REBATES
Land & Sea NZ discounts products from time to time in accordance with Commerce Commission New Zealand rules and regulations.
When products are flagged as ‘Clearance’ online they are discontinued lines and will be listed showing the original/full price (RRP) alongside the clearance price as a reference for customers until they are sold out and removed from the website.
Advertised discount codes will be valid off full price (RRP) only and won't be valid in addition to any other discounts, combo, bundle or pack prices; but will guarantee the code user a minimum of the advertised % OFF full price (RRP) on all listed products while the code is advertised or for the specified term of the promotion. Codes exclude 'Everyday Low Price' products, gift vouchers, reel services, and spooling services. Please refer to Promo Codes Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page for more info.
Land & Sea NZ reserve the right to exclude any products from any sale activity or promotion without warning or notice.

1. Promoter

2. Entry
No purchase necessary, entry is free. Open to NZ residents aged 18+. Employees and immediate families of Land & Sea and Zempire are not eligible. Enter via the official form only: first name, last name, a valid email, and tick the consent box (agreeing to marketing emails from Land & Sea and Zempire is a condition of entry). One entry per person and email.

3. Entry period
Entries open 1:00pm (NZ time) on 1st September and close 11:59pm (NZ time) on 30th September 2026. Late entries are not counted.

5. Winner & claiming
The winner is drawn at random within [5] working days of closing and notified by email. They may need to verify their age, identity and a NZ delivery address, and must respond within [7] days or the promoter may redraw. The promoter's decision is final.

6. Delivery
Delivered within New Zealand, or collect from the Land & Sea Auckland store. Risk passes to the winner on delivery or collection.

7. Prize conditions & liability
The prize is supplied as is (any Zempire warranty applies) and used at the winner's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and Zempire are not liable for any loss, damage or injury from the giveaway or prize, or for entries that are lost, late or affected by technical failures.

8. Conduct
The promoter may disqualify incomplete, false, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries, and may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if reasonably necessary.

9. Privacy
By entering, you consent to Land & Sea and Zempire using your details to run the giveaway and send marketing. Your information is shared between both brands and handled under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Land & Sea Privacy Policy. You can access or correct it, and unsubscribe from either brand any time.

10. Publicity
The winner's first name and region may be published on Land & Sea and Zempire channels; any further publicity is with their consent.

1. The Promoter

1.1 This promotion is run by ("Land & Sea", "we", "us")

1.2 Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.3 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Norrøna. Any questions about the promotion should be directed to Land & Sea at shop@land-sea.co.nz , not to Norrøna.

2. Promotional period

2.1 The promotion opens at 12:00am NZST on Thursday 10 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on Friday 9 October 2026.

2.2 Only qualifying purchases completed within the Promotional Period will be entered. The timestamp recorded by Land & Sea's order system is final.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 The following people are not eligible to enter: employees, directors and contractors of Land & Sea, and their immediate families; and employees and agents of any company associated with this promotion.

3.3 Entries made by automated means, or through any method that in our reasonable opinion is intended to manipulate the number of entries, will be disqualified.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, purchase any Norrøna product from Land & Sea during the Promotional Period online and in-store at Land & Sea

4.2 Each Norrøna product purchased earns one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible entrant may earn.

4.3 Purchases of Land & Sea gift cards do not qualify as entries, including where the gift card is later redeemed against a Norrøna product.

4.4 If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded or returned at any time before the draw, the associated entries will be withdrawn. Entries associated with an order that is returned after the draw will not affect the result.

4.5 No purchase-free method of entry is offered.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize: NZ$1,000 (incl. GST) worth of Norrøna.

5.2 The Prize will be awarded as Norrøna product or Gift card. at Land & Sea's sole discretion. The form of the Prize will be determined after the draw and communicated to the winner at the time they are notified. Where the Prize is awarded as product, product selection is subject to availability and is at Land & Sea's discretion.

5.3 Where the Prize is awarded as product, delivery within New Zealand is included. The Prize does not include any other costs.

5.4 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Notifying and claiming

6.1 The winner will be notified by email at the address used to place their qualifying order, within two (2) working days of the draw.

6.2 The winner's first name and region will not be published on land-sea.co.nz and Land & Sea's social channels.

6.3 The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified. If we do not hear back within that period, or if the contact details provided are invalid, the entry will be forfeited and we may redraw a replacement winner.

6.4 Any redraw will be conducted on the same basis as the original draw.

6.5 We may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and New Zealand residency before the Prize is awarded.

7. General

7.1 We reserve the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who, in our reasonable opinion, has tampered with the entry process, breached these terms, or engaged in conduct that is unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of the Prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the entrant has under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.3 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not recorded due to technical faults outside our reasonable control.

7.4 If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any written direction from a relevant regulatory authority.
