Jig Star Double Ring & Grommet significantly increase your chances of landing that fish of a lifetime. Every knot in your set-up is a potential point of weakness where the risk of failure increases and Jig Star's Double Ring & Grommet has been developed to overcome the problem of failing leader knots caused by abrasion on shard edges.

The grommet has been designed with a large diameter wrap allowing for the leader to be either tied or crimped. The smaller ring is where you attach the assist cord and you'll need split ring pliers to attach your jig to the larger ring. This configuration allows for maximum leader separation, minimises leader friction with the free-sinning grommet, as well as creating a much livelier jig action with the movement of all components. This counteracts the stiffness of fluorocarbon which so often dampens jig action.
