The HOKA Kaha 3 GTX is a long-haul adventure hiking boot built for day hikes and multi-day missions, delivering more cushioning and durability in a sleek new package. Designed to help reduce foot fatigue over long kilometres, it combines a cushy sockliner, trail-ready grip and weather-ready protection for demanding terrain and variable conditions.
A dual-density midsole with 30% sugarcane EVA adds bounce and cushioning underfoot, while the PU sockliner is made with 50% bio-renewable Susterra® propanediol. Underneath, a one-piece Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug and 4 mm lugs provides confident traction, supported by Hubble® heel geometry, SwallowTail™ design and MetaRocker™ with integrated flex grooves.
HOKA's first mid-cut hiker with GORE-TEX Invisible Fit, the Kaha 3 GTX also features Leather Working Group gold-rated waterproof nubuck leather, an Achilles-friendly heel collar, rubber toe cap, quick-lace metal top hooks and recycled mesh components for a durable, hiking-focused finish.
