The Black Diamond Sprinter 500 is the premium headlamp designed specifically for runners, delivering nearly double the lumen output of previous versions with 500 lumens of maximum brightness from an ultra-thin, well-balanced design. Built to handle everything from early morning urban runs to all-night mountain running adventures, it is the most powerful and versatile Sprinter to date.
Dual-Fuel compatible, the Sprinter 500 runs on the included BD 1800 rechargeable Li-ion battery or 3x AAA alkaline batteries for maximum flexibility on the move. A micro-USB port on the rear battery compartment makes recharging straightforward, and a six-setting three-LED battery meter keeps you informed of remaining power. PowerTap Technology delivers instant brightness adjustment with a single touch, and variable dimming provides fine-tune control across all output levels.
A single front lens produces an extremely smooth universal beam that minimises hot spots and eliminates harsh transitions on the trail. Reflective logos and a programmable red taillight strobe keep you visible on road and trail, while a perforated elastic headband with a removable top strap balances breathability and secure fit at pace.
